We are looking for articulate and confident individuals who can engage families in meaningful conversations around financial planning, rising education costs, inflation, and long-term financial security. In this role, you will connect with potential customers who have interacted with our campaigns or expressed interest in learning more about protecting their family’s financial future. Your responsibility is to initiate thoughtful conversations, build context around the importance of financial protection, and encourage customers to schedule a consultation with our advisory team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English, who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and can build trust quickly through clear and empathetic conversations. Key Responsibilities • Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls using leads generated from marketing campaigns and partner channels • Initiate conversations around family financial security, rising education costs, and the importance of long-term planning • Help customers understand why proactive financial protection planning is important for their family • Encourage and schedule consultation calls with the advisory team for a detailed discussion • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call notes, and lead status in internal systems • Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects who have not yet scheduled a consultation • Consistently meet daily outreach and consultation booking targets • Collaborate closely with the advisory team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects Skills & Qualifications • Excellent spoken communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory) • Strong ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly over phone conversations • Clear articulation, confidence, and a professional phone presence • Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to customer queries • Comfortable working in a target-driven outreach environment • Basic familiarity with sales, telecalling, or customer engagement roles is preferred Preferred Background • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer engagement, or lead generation • Exposure to insurance, BFSI, financial services, or education-related financial products is an advantage • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers are encouraged to apply What Success in This Role Looks Like • High consultation booking conversion from outreach calls • Consistently positive customer experience and feedback • Strong lead engagement and follow-up discipline • Achievement of weekly and monthly outreach and booking targets Why Join Us • Opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team focused on improving financial security for families • Structured training and support to build strong customer engagement and advisory funnel skills • Exposure to the financial protection and insurance advisory ecosystem
