The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facets of HR operations, including talent acquisition, development of HR policies, employee relations management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role entails closely collaborating with leadership to drive strategies that enhance workforce engagement, implementing HR management practices, and streamlining operational processes to support organizational goals.
