Skills Key Skills • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical roles. • Proven track record of leading cybersecurity projects or teams. • Expertise in security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance. • Experience with security tools, firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection. • Solid grasp of secure architecture principles and risk management. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, eJPT) are a strong plus. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and implement enterprise-level cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals. • Oversee daily security operations—monitoring, threat detection, and response. • Lead incident response efforts and establish/improve standard operating procedures. • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. • Stay ahead of cyber threats through ongoing threat intelligence analysis. • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity compliance standards and frameworks. • Design and implement secure IT architectures in collaboration with engineering teams. • Train internal teams and promote a culture of security awareness across departments.
