Role Description • Great Britain Services Group Ltd. is looking for a driven and ambitious Growth & Outreach Associate (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team in a full-time remote role. • This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, networking, and building relationships, and want to grow their income through a performance-based earning model. • As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential candidates and clients, generating leads, and converting them into successful placements or service enrollments. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. • You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach. • Connect with potential candidates and clients to understand their needs and requirements. • Present and explain the company’s services, recruitment solutions, and opportunities. • Convert qualified leads into successful registrations or placements. • Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to nurture prospects. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients. • Track and manage lead pipelines, conversations, and conversion progress using CRM tools. • Manage client accounts and ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction. • Consistently work towards achieving weekly and monthly performance targets. • Stay informed about market trends, hiring needs, and industry opportunities. Compensation Structure • This role offers high performance-based earnings with significant growth potential. • Earn 20% commission on every successful placement or conversion you generate. • Unlimited earning potential based on your performance. • Flexible remote working environment. Qualifications • Proven ability in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities. • Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing client relationships. • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client engagement. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of business strategies and market analysis. • Ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into results. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for sales. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
