Urgent Hiring Production Engineer job JD/: Key Responsibilities /? Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical actuators, including assembly, machining, testing, and integration of mechanical and electrical components. /? Plan production schedules, material requirements /(MRP/), capacity, and workflow to meet demand forecasts while minimizing downtime and costs. /? Design and improve fixtures, tools, and jigs for actuator assembly; ensure designs are manufacturable /(DFM/) and cost/-effective. /? Collaborate with design engineers to transition current actuator products from prototype to full/-scale production. /? Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing techniques /(e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma/), and improve efficiency and quality. /? Oversee quality control processes, including testing actuators for torque, speed, durability, and compliance with standards /(e.g., ISO, ATEX for hazardous areas/). /? Coordinate with suppliers for components like gears, motors, bearings, and enclosures; manage inventory and vendor performance. /? Support troubleshooting on the production floor, root cause analysis for defects, and implementation of corrective actions. /? Prepare reports on production metrics, cost estimates, and process improvements; maintain documentation for SOPs and work instructions. /? Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry/-specific requirements for actuators.
