Visa Filling Officer

The Visa Filing Officer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications for clients. This role ensures that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with embassy or consulate requirements, while providing guidance and support to applicants throughout the visa process. Key Responsibilities • Collect, verify, and organize required documents for visa applications • Fill out visa application forms accurately and completely • Review client information to ensure compliance with visa regulations • Track application status • Maintain accurate records and client files (physical and digital) • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience in visa processing • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple applications • Candidates must be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
