Graphics Designer & Content Writer

We are looking for a creative Graphics Designer & Content Writer to join our team at Birla Open Minds Preschool, Newtown. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and creating creative content for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials, along with assisting in other marketing and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and the ability to write engaging and meaningful content for parents and educational audiences. The candidate should also be able to develop attractive visuals and promotional ideas to support school events, campaigns, and activities. Key Responsibilities • Design social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional creatives • Create content for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns • Write captions, taglines, and promotional content • Assist in event promotions (Magic Show, Kids Activities, School Events, etc.) • Maintain branding consistency • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign ideas Preferred Skills • Experience in education / preschool marketing • Knowledge of video editing (basic) • Understanding of Meta Ads and digital promotion Salary ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience) Benefits • Friendly work environment • Opportunity to work on creative campaigns and kids events • Skill development in digital marketing and branding Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: • New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal (Preferred) Work Location: In person
