This is not a marketing role but involves assisting with campaign activities, coordination, and content execution. Key Responsibilities Make daily reminder calls to campaign participants and team members. Create and edit reels for social media, using trending formats and viral content styles. Track and understand local social media trends relevant to the region. Assist in the management and coordination of campaign workers and monitor their daily tasks. Maintain data records and entries using MS Excel. Provide creative inputs for street play (nukkad natak) marketing activities. Support team members in day-to-day operational tasks. Skills Required Effective communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel Understanding of social media trends and short-form video editing Ability to coordinate with teams and manage tasks efficiently Eligibility Criteria Applicants must: 1. About the Internship Grixel Media is looking for creative and detail-oriented Design Interns who can support the team with visual content creation for campaigns and social media platforms. The role focuses on designing graphics, editing short-form videos, and assisting in content execution for various campaigns and digital initiatives. This internship is ideal for students interested in graphic design, social media creatives, and short-form video editing. Key Responsibilities • Design social media creatives, posters, and campaign graphics using Canva or similar tools. • Create and edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut, Filmora, or similar video editing software. • Adapt designs according to current social media trends and viral formats. • Support the team in creating visual content for campaign promotions and digital platforms. • Assist in editing videos, adding subtitles, transitions, and music to improve engagement. • Maintain organized folders and design assets for campaign use. • Collaborate with the operations and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
