Key Responsibilities (KRA): • Manage and supervise daily workshop floor operations. • Allocate jobs to technicians as per skill and priority. • Ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles. • Monitor technician productivity and efficiency. • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Spare Parts team. • Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping. • Ensure quality standards and minimize repeat repairs. Requirements: • Experience in automobile workshop operations preferred. • Good team handling and coordination skills. • Experience in dealership service operations is mandatory Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
