About Groviews Technologies Groviews Technologies is a Ratan Tata Innovation Hub incubated startup building AI-powered products across multiple verticals — IMPREVIEW (AI business strategy toolkit), GROVIEWS (customer experience platform), Bringjal (IoT-based water delivery), and cutting-edge GovTech projects involving Machine Learning, advanced AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. We operate from Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh building for a global market. About the Role We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build, ship, and scale real products — not someone who just writes code in isolation. You'll be working directly with the founding team on products that are live or about to launch, across domains that range from consumer SaaS to IoT to government AI platforms. Your core stack will be React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. But we're building across a wide spectrum, so the more versatile you are, the more impactful you'll be here. Having work experience of React Native and NextJs will have benefit. If you have Machine Learning skills or experience with Agentic AI systems, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap, not just as a developer. If you have strong presentation and communication skills, you'll access opportunities that many developers miss, such as representing the company in GovTech presentations, leading technical talks, and showcasing our technology to government officials and industry forums. What You'll Do You will design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, and MongoDB as the primary database. You will build and integrate RESTful APIs and manage end-to-end data flow across services. You will work on multiple products simultaneously, context-switching between SaaS tools, IoT dashboards, and AI-powered platforms. You will write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. You will collaborate directly with the founders on technical architecture decisions and feature prioritization. You will deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, handle CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production stability. If you have ML expertise, you will contribute to building and integrating machine learning models, intelligent automation, and agentic AI workflows into our products. If you have strong presentation skills, you will represent Groviews Technologies in GovTech demonstrations, hackathons, technical talks, and client-facing presentations, an opportunity to build a public profile while still being a core builder. Who You Are • You have 0-3 years of hands-on experience building applications with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB (or you're a fresher with a strong portfolio). • You write code that works, is readable, and can be maintained by others. • You are comfortable owning features end-to-end, from database schema to API to frontend UI. You are a fast learner who can pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains quickly. • You can work independently without constant supervision. You understand that in a startup, shipping matters more than perfection. Bonus, High-Value Differentiators • Experience with Machine Learning, model building, data pipelines, or integrating ML into applications. • Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integrations, or autonomous agent architectures. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, the kind of developer who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence. • Experience with Python for ML/AI workloads alongside the core JS/Node stack. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
