Recruiter in software/IT field

• 3 years of minimum experience in finding requirements from US clients; either direct or indirect. • 3 years of minimum experience in operating a Dice/Monster etc. account to find suitable candidates for the reqs. • Ability to understand jargon in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Technologies and Java to identify the right candidates • Proven ability for USD revenue in the last 12 months. • Minimum 5 established clients, who provide reqs. on a daily/weekly basis. • Must be able to work late night at least until 2:00 a.m. to cover most of the US office hours.
