Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ & Billing Lead with strong techno-functional expertise and hands-on production support experience. This role will drive end-to-end implementations across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud, while also owning post-go-live stability, enhancements, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions. • Own complex pricing, quoting, billing rules, invoicing, and revenue schedules. • Manage production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive root cause resolution. • Design and maintain integrations with ERP/Finance systems. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and adherence to best practices. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Required Experience • 6–15 years of Salesforce experience. • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud. • Proven experience leading implementations and handling enterprise-level production support. • Solid understanding of billing operations, revenue recognition, and financial processes. Technical Skills • Apex, Lightning, SOQL. • CPQ configuration (pricing rules, product rules, approvals). • Salesforce Billing features (invoicing, payments, revenue recognition). • Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), data migration, and performance optimization. • DevOps / release management exposure preferred. Preferred Certifications • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist • Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist • Salesforce Administrator
