Creative Strategist

We're hiring a Creative Strategist for GrowthBuddy, a fast-moving performance marketing agency. You'll research winning creative angles and write high-converting ad scripts to shape the visual direction of campaigns across e-commerce, B2B, and lead generation clients. Key Responsibilities: • Research (40%): Analyze competitor ads using tools like Foreplay and Meta Ad Library to identify patterns and surface strong angles. • Copywriting (30%): Write video scripts and copy for static ads across multiple client accounts using AI tools to move faster and iterate smarter. • Visual Direction (15%): Define the look and feel of ad concepts by briefing designers with clarity and creative vision. • Creative Collaboration (15%): Work closely with the Creative Director to brief the production team directly when needed, requiring sharp communication skills
