The ideal candidate should have experience building responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites and be comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites • Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility • Troubleshoot website issues and provide technical support • Collaborate with the marketing team for landing pages and campaign pages • Perform regular website updates, backups, and security checks Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience with WordPress development • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP • Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders • Understanding of SEO best practices • Familiarity with website hosting, cPanel, and domain management • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with WooCommerce • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) • Understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) Work Hours • 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule) Compensation • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
