About the job: Job Overview We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who has strong expertise in designing and developing high-converting landing pages. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Elementor, Figma, and conversion-focused design. You should understand user behavior, conversion principles, and be able to create fast, responsive, and visually appealing landing pages. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop high-converting landing pages using WordPress • Build and customize landing pages using Elementor • Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress pages • Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and optimized for all devices • Optimize pages for speed, performance, and SEO best practices • Integrate forms, tracking pixels, and third-party tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.) • Maintain website performance, security, and updates • Troubleshoot and fix website issues when needed • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve conversions Required Skills & Qualifications 13+ years of experience in WordPress development • Strong experience with Elementor (mandatory) • Good knowledge of Figma to WordPress conversion • Experience in designing landing pages and sales funnels • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript • Knowledge of responsive design principles • Understanding of conversion-focused design and user experience • Experience with page speed optimization Preferred Skills (Bonus) • Experience working with coaching, agency, or service-based landing pages • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) • Experience integrating CRM tools, forms, and automation • Basic knowledge of SEO What Were Looking For • Strong design sense and attention to detail • Ability to deliver high-quality landing pages quickly • Good communication skills • Problem-solving mindset Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • have minimum 1 years of experience • are Computer Science Engineering students Salary: Competitive salary Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2035-01-01 00:00:00
