Healthcare Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Rajarhat. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medical assistance, and supporting healthcare teams through communication and training initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting medical assessments, administering care plans, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients. Collaboration with team members and ensuring healthcare protocols are followed are key components of this role. Qualifications • Expertise in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services and general medicine • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals • Ability to provide or participate in professional training and development sessions • Knowledge and experience in healthcare practices and medical procedures • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent qualification • Relevant certifications, including EMT certification, are highly desirable
