(Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) eCommerce Account Manager

About the Role: GST Solutions and Consultant is a growing professional firm helping businesses start and scale their online selling journey on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces. Along with marketplace management, we also provide GST registration, return filing, accounting, and compliance support for online sellers. Our goal is to help small manufacturers and traders successfully grow their businesses online. We are now looking for a smart and responsible E-Commerce Account Manager who can manage seller accounts and help our clients grow their online sales. Key Responsibilities: • Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces • Create and optimize product listings, catalog uploads and pricing updates • Monitor orders, returns, payments and seller dashboard performance • Handle account health, support tickets and platform issue resolution • Perform sales tracking, reconciliation and payment follow-ups • Maintain reports using Excel for order, sales and account performance • Assist clients with GST-related requirements for e-commerce sellers • Communicate with clients to plan strategies for sales growth and product expansion Eligibility & Skills: • Graduate in any stream • Minimum 6 months experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management • Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho seller panels • Basic knowledge of Excel, email communication and product listing tools • Responsible, organized and able to handle client accounts independently Preferred Skills (Bonus): • Catalog optimization & keyword research • Sales strategy & marketplace growth • Basic knowledge of GST for e-commerce sellers What We Offer: • Attractive salary (Negotiable based on experience) • Stable in-office job with long-term growth • Opportunity to work directly under a Government Certified GST Practitioner • Exposure to multiple e-commerce platforms and different industries • Friendly and professional working environment Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: • Leave encashment Application Question(s): • Do you have hands-on experience managing seller accounts on any of these platforms? • How many months of experience do you have in e-commerce account management or product listing? • Have you created or uploaded product listings on any marketplace?
