Co-Founder with Investment

Company Description Guerdon is building India’s leading luxury and hype product destination, powered by proprietary infrastructure including part ownership of SourceX — India’s only B2B sneaker network with 5,000+ sellers and global inventory access. With strong product-market fit, deep supply control, and cutting-edge AI integrations, we are now entering our next phase: aggressive scaling through strategic capital. We are looking for a Co-Founder whose primary mandate is to lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy — helping Guerdon scale into a category-defining company. Core Responsibilities Fundraising & Capital Strategy (Primary Focus) • Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts across Angel, VC, and Institutional investors • Build and manage investor pipeline, outreach, and relationships • Develop investor materials including pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms • Lead investor meetings, negotiations, and closing processes • Define capital strategy aligned with aggressive growth and expansion goals • Manage investor relations, reporting, and long-term strategic alignment Financial Strategy & Business Scaling • Own financial planning, projections, and capital allocation decisions • Build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth • Identify expansion opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives • Ensure capital efficiency and strong ROI across all growth channels Strategic Leadership & Growth • Work closely with the founding team to define and execute long-term vision • Support sales, partnerships, and business development initiatives • Help scale Guerdon’s operational and organizational infrastructure • Contribute to key strategic decisions across product, expansion, and positioning Ideal Profile • Proven experience raising capital from Angel, VC, or Institutional investors • Strong network within VC, startup, or finance ecosystem • Exceptional financial modeling, storytelling, and pitch abilities • Strong business intuition and strategic thinking • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and long-term vision • Experience in startups, venture capital, investment banking, or high-growth companies • Passion for luxury, fashion, marketplaces, or technology is a strong plus Why This Role Matters Guerdon has already built strong infrastructure, supply access, and market validation.
