Technician / Operator - Production ( Indore Plant)

Multiple positions open for various operators who are responsible to operator vial filling/ sealing machine, autoclave, ampoule filling machine, manufacturing of injectable. Role & responsibilities : Production Operations • Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment such as: • Autoclaves • Filling machines • Vial/ampoule washing machines • Lyophilizers (where applicable) • Perform activities related to: • Solution preparation • Filtration • Filling, sealing, and inspection • Follow aseptic techniques during all operations in classified areas. Documentation & Compliance • Complete batch manufacturing records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and daily production records accurately. • Follow SOPs, cGMP, and data integrity principles at all times. • Report deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities immediately to supervisors. Cleanroom & Hygiene • Adhere to gowning procedures and cleanroom behavior. • Perform area and equipment cleaning as per SOP. • Maintain cleanliness and environmental control in sterile areas. Equipment & Safety • Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting of equipment. • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to EHS guidelines. • Support validation, media fills, and aseptic process simulations.
