English Speaking Customer Representative

As a Relationship Officer at our company, your primary role will be to drive business growth for Abroad Education Loans through partner bank branches. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Branch Managers and generating leads through regular engagement and support. Your duties will include managing the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and branch staff of assigned bank branches. - Generate leads for abroad education loans through active branch engagement and relationship building. - Manage the entire loan process from lead generation and customer interaction to documentation and disbursement. - Conduct regular branch visits to ensure visibility, training, and consistent business flow. - Educate and update branch teams on product features and processes. - Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales of Banking, Financial Products or related field. - Graduate in any discipline. - Must possess a valid driving license. - Good communication skills in English and the regional language. - Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel regularly across assigned branches.
