Key Responsibilities: • Manage walk-in customers (Offline) and handle digital inquiries (Online). • Provide exceptional service with a soft-spoken and patient approach. • Resolve customer queries and complaints with creative problem-solving. • Advanced Excel, Word & Various Other Applications Knowledge What We’re Looking For: • Bilingual Mastery: Complete fluency in both Hindi and English. • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. • Adaptability: Ability to switch between physical retail/field sales and online platforms. • Attitude: A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
