Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement & Vendor ManagementHardware & Swag: Manage procurement of laptops, networking gear, and event-specific merchandise for hackathons and bootcamps.Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers.Cost Optimization: Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.2. IT Administration & Asset ManagementOnboarding/Offboarding: Manage the IT setup for new joiners (laptop provisioning, access management, software credentials).Software Stack: Manage licenses, subscriptions (SaaS tools), and ensure internal security protocols are followed.L1 Tech Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal hardware issues, minor network troubleshooting, and basic IT maintenance.3. Office & Event AdministrationFacility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth, productive environment.Event Logistics Support: Assist with the logistical side of offline hackathons or bootcamps (e.g., coordinating courier shipments for tech hardware, event kit management).Documentation: Maintain transparent records of all assets, contracts, and operational processes.The Ideal Profile:Tech Literacy: You aren't just an admin; you understand hardware specs, cloud SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.), and how to troubleshoot basic IT issues.Resourcefulness: We are a lean, fast-moving team.
