Manager – CSR, NGO Grants & Strategic Partnerships (MSW)

We, Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing healthcare services by promoting Organic farming practice, promoting Women Empowerment, supporting underprivileged communities. We work towards holistic well-being, skill development, social upliftment through various initiatives and programs. And to support it we have launched organic herbal product ranges, FMCS products, and other products made by SHGs. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as Manager – CSR, NGO Grants & Strategic Partnerships. • This individual will play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and securing funding opportunities from CSR partners, domestic and international donors, and philanthropic institutions. • The role demands strong skills in program management, proposal development, budgeting, donor engagement, and strategic relationship-building. Key Responsibilities 1. Funding Identification & Development • Proactively scan and analyze funding landscapes to identify CSR, NGO grants, international development funds, and institutional donor opportunities. • Build and maintain a database of prospective donors and CSR partners aligned with the organization's thematic focus areas. 2. Proposal Writing & Budgeting • Write customized project proposals with detailed logical frameworks, outcomes, budgets, and timelines. • Ensure alignment of proposal narratives with donor priorities and organizational vision. 3. Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CSR leaders, foundations, funding agencies, and international missions. • Conduct presentations, donor meetings, and field visits to showcase program impact. • Negotiate partnership terms, MoUs, and reporting frameworks with funders. 4. Program & Grant Management • Monitor fund utilization, ensure program deliverables, and maintain compliance with donor requirements and timelines. • Prepare high-quality donor reports with impact metrics and financials. 5. Documentation & Communication • Maintain a repository of proposals, donor communications, success stories, and presentations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
