Job Description Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Location: Indore Department: E-Commerce Experience: 0-3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring online orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website. • Ensure accurate product information including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications. • Monitor daily online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns on online platforms. • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports. • Plan and implement online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns. • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team. • Work closely with the marketing and design teams for promotional banners and campaigns. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience Salary: 12500 CTC - 15000 CTC
