Hiring: F&B Manager | Bangalore Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced F&B Manager to oversee buffet operations at multiple client locations, ensure service excellence, and maintain standardization across all sites. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage buffet operations at various client locations - Monitor and control inventory of food, equipment, and service materials - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships - Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all buffet setups - Train and guide service staff on buffet setup protocols, hygiene standards, and operational requirements - Collect, review, and act upon guest feedback to enhance service quality - Conduct regular site visits across Bangalore to ensure operational consistency and standardization If you have a passion for hospitality and operations management, we’d love to connect!
