Sales Staff

Company Description This is a fooding company like vagatables and food retail. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Vapi. The Sales Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Additional tasks include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, organizing visual displays, and supporting daily store operations to meet sales targets. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively • Knowledge in retail sales processes, merchandising, and inventory management • Basic analytical skills for understanding sales data • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to address inquiries and provide solutions • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced retail environment • Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is a plus • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work schedule, including weekends and holidays • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or sales will be advantageous
