Job Description: 08.12.25 121573 HPS/2025/638 Maintenance Manager/Electrical/Mechanical Male 1 7 to 10 Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical 10-12 Hours A Maintenance Manager (Electrical/Mechanical) oversees facility upkeep, leading teams to ensure efficient operation of all plant equipment through proactive PMs, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades, while managing budgets, safety compliance (electrical codes/ OSHA), inventory, and vendor relations for mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems Key Responsibilities: • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, schedule, & evaluate E/M technicians; manage contractor relationships. • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for electrical (PLCs, VFDs) & mechanical systems (hydraulics, robotics). • Troubleshooting & Repair: Lead complex repairs, diagnose failures, & provide technical support for breakdowns.
