Job description Experience: 3 to 5 Years Designation: Graphic Designer Location: Bangalore Position Type- Full Time- Office Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in visual design, branding, and digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to produce high-quality visuals across various mediums including web, print, and social media. UI/UX capabilities and experience are a strong plus, as we value designers who can blend aesthetics with user-centered design principles. Key Responsibilities: • Design and produce visually compelling graphics for digital and print platforms (e.g., websites, social media, marketing materials). • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to create on-brand and impactful designs. • Conceptualize and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages while maintaining strong visual storytelling. • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual touchpoints, adhering to design guidelines and branding standards. • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to integrate design elements into user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience. • Stay updated on design and UI/UX trends and incorporate modern techniques to keep designs fresh and innovative. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, UX designers, and developers to deliver cohesive visuals. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across both digital and print mediums. • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles is a strong plus. • Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms. • Excellent attention to detail, with strong skills in typography, layout, and color theory. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Preferred Additional Qualifications: • Experience working on UI/UX design projects and creating user-centered designs. • Proficiency in animation or motion graphics. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with development teams is a plus. • Experience with print production and pre-press processes.
