Graphic & Motion Designer

As we scale, we are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Bangalore team — someone who combines creativity with clarity, understands brand aesthetics, and can bring both static and motion visuals to life with impact. Role Overview This is a mid level position that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution. You will lead creative output for multiple clients, manage design consistency across campaigns, and bring brand identities to life through modern, engaging visuals — static and animated. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design • Lead the design and execution of high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints • Work closely with content and strategy teams to turn concepts into impactful visual stories • Translate briefs into clean, professional, and on-brand creative assets Motion Design • Create short-form videos, reels, product animations, explainers, and GIFs using After Effects or equivalent tools • Animate text, icons, logos, and UI elements for digital storytelling • Understand audio syncing, timing, and visual rhythm in storytelling • Optimize animations for various formats (reels, ads, stories, websites, etc.) Creative Leadership • Bring fresh ideas and elevate the creative direction of client and internal projects • Guide junior designers when required and ensure output quality • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, moodboards, and visual strategy presentations • Manage multiple brand aesthetics with agility and precision Requirements • Minimum 1 years of experience in a professional graphic/motion design role • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across platforms • Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, branding, and animation principles • Attention to detail with a knack for storytelling through design • Ability to handle deadlines, feedback cycles, and cross-team collaboration with maturity Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Figma or UI/UX design is a plus • 3D design or animation knowledge (Cinema4D/Blender) is a bonus • Familiarity with digital marketing or agency experience is highly preferred What We Offer • Opportunity to work on leading Indian and international brands • Creative ownership and space to push design boundaries • Fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly work culture • Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities • A design-first environment that values craft and creativity Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: • Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Required) • Adobe After Effects: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
