Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Helpdesk Engineer. The Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support, providing troubleshooting assistance, resolving help desk inquiries, supporting printers and other peripherals, and addressing issues related to computer hardware. The role involves ensuring optimal functionality across systems and providing an exceptional customer experience for all clients. Candidate must currently live in Pune. The role requires working in graveyard shifts to align with client needs.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Printer Support and Computer Hardware
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus
• Knowledge of networking concepts and system administration is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
