Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager – B2B Sales. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B segment. Day-to-day tasks include sales prospecting, lead generation, client consultations, delivering sales presentations, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. Additionally, aspects such as market analysis and competitor research will play a crucial role in refining sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners
· Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
· Conduct market research to identify new areas for expansion
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
· Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and field visits
Required Skills:-
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Good understanding of B2B sales process
· Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships
· Target-oriented and self-motivated
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Qualification:-
· 2–4 years of experience in Retail / Distribution / Offline Sales
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
· Willingness to travel for business development activities
