Corporate Legal Officer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer at Headmasters Salon India. The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal consulting, preparing legal documents, managing contract law matters, and ensuring compliance with business law regulations on a day-to-day basis. Handle disputes, litigation, or arbitration involving the company, Represent company and Management at authorities, Open to travel, Provide legal advice to management, Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and correspondences, Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts. Qualifications • Legal Consulting, Contract Law, and Business Law skills • Experience in legal document preparation • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Company Description Headmasters Salon India is a premier destination for hair, skin, body, hand, and feet services.
