Job Summary
We are a distribution and e commerce company based in Adyar Chennai. Seeking a part time or full time lady who can systematically and patiently work by her self and organise records online . Also provide Calendar and secretarial off line support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain and streamline records . Maintain online calendar and remote secretarial support.
Key Skills
English, PC friendly
Required Experience and Qualifications
Has to have communication skills , smart understanding , Good Exposure of Google suit and gemini.
AI skills will help fast segregation and tag of records
Hybrid working will permit working from home which will require PC and net connection . The working from home will require discipline of routine works. At least 2 days a week for half day each visit to office at adyar will be required to sync working . Preference for candidates living close to office.
