Senior Executive - Provider & Networking

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and empanel hospitals/clinics as per company guidelines. • Collect, verify, and process hospital onboarding documentation. • Negotiate tariffs and finalize service agreements (as per experience level). • Maintain and update provider database & records. • Manage day-to-day coordination with hospitals. • Handle provider queries and resolve operational issues. • Manage escalations related to claims, billing, and disputes. • Conduct hospital visits and relationship meetings. • Coordinate with internal teams (Claims, Operations, Medical, Finance). • Ensure compliance with IRDAI and internal TAT standards. • Support network expansion strategy and market mapping. Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
