Home Care Nurse

• Should be flexible to do Home care services. • Provide educational leadership to patients and care providers to enhance specialized patient care. • Assist patients and caregivers with educational needs, problem resolution • Collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff, and unit management in the planning, implementation, and delivering • Initiate skill development programs within the parameters • Provide direct and specialized nursing services to an assigned group of patients within nursing protocols • Develops patient care plans. • Identifying & Training Needs for the nurses. • Hands on training and ensure nurses participation on the same. • Provide Nursing Induction Program for all New Joiners. • Conduct Certification Programs ACLS , PALS , NALS according to work area. • Conducting Privileges for all new nurses in coordination with nursing in charges. • Designing , creating and applying knowledge in doing various nursing projects. • Maintaining clinical competences of nurses in area of specialty. • Educates staff in use of equipment , supplies and instruments. • Assists patients and caregivers with educational needs , problem resolution. • Providing ongoing evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of the educational activities. • Complete other tasks as and when assigned. • Follow company protocols • Observe patients and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff or doctor on call • Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions and the PCT’s certifications • Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose test. • Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions. • Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene. • Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients. • Assure that assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care follow policy, procedure, and standard of care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
