HealthPlix - Associate Product Manager

Role : Associate Product Manager Key Responsibilities : - Define specifications for your product area and features - Collaborate with designers and engineers to drive product delivery - Define product instrumentation for your project - Drive the launch of your product/feature and evaluate success - Define, measure and analyze metrics for your product area - Generate qualitative insights from your users and leverage them effectively in decision making - Generate unique quantitative insights from product usage data Must-have Competencies : - Data - well-versed with SQL, Excel and product analytics tools. - User research - leverage user feedback channels, conduct user interviews and distill signal from the noise - Technical - Foundational understanding of technology powering digital products - Design - Good grasp of basic UI/UX principles, wireframing - Communication - strong in written and spoken communication What traits are we looking for? - Takes complete end-to-end ownership - Infectiously curious - Invested in learning new skills - Customer first thinking - Passionate about technology and its applications You are a good fit if you : - Have about 2 years of core product experience - Have experience in tech, design or analytics
