Job Description: • Work as a part of Healthy Planet's vibrant Library & Imaginative Studio for young readers. • Plan and tell age-appropriate, engaging stories for infants and preschoolers. • Conduct and participate in storytelling sessions and events. • Select stories and books that match learning goals and childrens interests. • Use props, visuals, and illustrations to make storytelling interactive. • Ensure stories are suitable in theme, language, and emotion for the age group. • Build early literacy skills and encourage a love for reading. • Use expressive voices, gestures, and actions to hold childrens attention. • Adapt stories to meet different learning needs and abilities. • Support parents with ideas to continue storytelling at home. Qualifications: • Graduate in any stream with keen interest in reading. • A passion for storytelling and working with young children to promote reading as a skill. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate content. • Creativity and the ability to adapt storytelling techniques for different age groups. • Experience in early childhood education or storytelling is a plus. • Familiarity with children's literature and a variety of storytelling techniques. • Patient and enthusiastic when working with children.
