Role Overview We are seeking experienced and dedicated Nursing Incharges & Staff Nurses to lead and manage nursing teams in: • ICU • Ward • OT (Operation Theatre) Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high‑quality patient care • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and audit standards • Oversee patient safety, documentation, and reporting • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams for seamless operations • Drive training, upskilling, and people‑development initiatives Qualifications & Experience: • GNM / B.Sc. / P.B.B.Sc. / M.Sc.
