Export Sales Manager (International Business)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving international sales for ceramic and porcelain tiles, as well as related building materials, across assigned geographies. Your key tasks will include identifying, developing, and managing relationships with global distributors, importers, and OEM partners through demand generation activities. Additionally, you will handle complete export procedures and compliance in line with destination-country standards. You will also prepare and negotiate commercial offers, coordinate with manufacturing units, track market trends, represent the company in international exhibitions, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: - Drive international sales for ceramic and porcelain tiles and related building materials. - Identify, develop, and manage relationships with global distributors, importers, and OEM partners. - Handle complete export procedures and compliance. - Prepare and negotiate commercial offers including pricing, freight, and payment terms. - Coordinate with manufacturing units for production scheduling and dispatch. - Track market trends, competitor activity, and product performance. - Represent the company in international exhibitions and trade fairs. - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for seamless execution. - Maintain accurate MIS and dashboards for export performance tracking. Qualification Required: - Education: Masters in International Business/Foreign Trade from IIFT or an equivalent reputed institute. - Experience in international sales/export operations within ceramics, building materials, or related manufacturing industry. - Robust knowledge of export procedures and technical compliance norms. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP-based export management systems. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multicultural stakeholders effectively. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
