Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pattern Maker role located in Bengaluru. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating precise patterns based on design concepts and specifications. Daily tasks include developing patterns, ensuring accurate fittings, working with sewing teams to finalize prototypes, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for pattern development. The role also involves collaborating with designers to refine patterns and ensuring production quality standards are met. Qualifications Proficiency in Pattern Design and Pattern Making to develop intricate and accurate patterns. Strong skills in Fitting and Sewing for creating and refining apparel samples. Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and enhancing patterns digitally. Attention to detail and precision with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve design challenges effectively. Previous experience in the fashion and garment industry is highly preferred.
