Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Event Operations Manager. The individual in this role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring high standards in operations management. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and vendors, managing event logistics, overseeing budgets, maintaining smooth communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. Qualifications • Expertise in Operations Management and Event Planning to handle the seamless execution of events. • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. • Experience in Budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and profitability in event management. • Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in dynamic environments. • Prior experience in event management of minimum 8-10 years is required for CV to be accepted.
