AI/ML & Web Scraping Data Entry Intern ( Remote )

We provide end-to-end support from counselling and university shortlisting to applications, visas, and accommodation. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented AI/ML Data Entry Intern who will work on collecting, cleaning, and structuring large datasets from the web. The primary responsibility is to scrape university and course data using Python, organize it using Excel, and convert it into a structured JSON format that can be used in our applications and AI/ML pipelines. Responsibilities - Scrape data from websites using Python (BeautifulSoup, Requests, Scrapy, or similar). - Collect data related to universities, campuses (if available), and courses offered by universities. - Clean and validate scraped data. - Organize data in Excel sheets (sorting, filtering, formatting, deduplication). - Structure the final data according to a given JSON schema. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Handle edge cases like missing fields and different formats. - Document sources and scraping logic. Required Skills - Basic to intermediate Python. - Knowledge of Web Scraping (BeautifulSoup / Scrapy / Selenium / Requests). - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. - Understanding of JSON format. - Basic data cleaning and structuring skills. - Attention to detail. Good to Have (Bonus) - Familiarity with Pandas. - Basic understanding of databases (MongoDB / MySQL). - Experience scraping large or multi-page websites. - Interest in AI/ML data pipelines.
