Role Description This is a remote full-time Freelance Databricks Professional Trainer role at Henry Harvin Education. Responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality Databricks training programs to individuals and corporate clients. Trainers will create course materials, provide hands-on training sessions, and assess learners’ progress. The role requires staying updated on the latest developments in Databricks and adapting training content accordingly while offering mentorship and guidance to help learners achieve certification and career growth. Qualifications • Expertise in Databricks, big data technologies, and data analytics, with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts. • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts for designing and implementing solutions within Databricks. • Strong teaching and presentation skills, including clear communication and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. • Experience in developing customized training content, conducting live sessions, and adapting curriculum to varied learner needs. • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to promote a practical understanding of Databricks usage in real-world scenarios. • Professional certifications in Databricks or related technologies are a strong plus. • Previous experience in training or teaching technical subjects is highly desired. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
