Role Description This part-time, hybrid role as a US HR & Labour Compliance Trainer will involve designing and delivering training programs with a focus on US HR policies and labor compliance. Responsibilities will include conducting engaging training sessions, preparing learning materials, and coaching professionals on compliance practices. Although the role is based in Mumbai, some tasks may be completed remotely. Qualifications • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and knowledge of US HR policies and labor compliance • Strong skills in Training & Development and the ability to deliver impactful training programs • Proficiency in Communication and Coaching to engage and guide learners effectively • Prior experience in corporate training or education is preferred • Relevant certifications in HR or Training & Development will be an advantage
