Etsy Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Etsy & eBay Marketplace Specialist to manage and scale our Handmade product brand across both platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, analytics, and brand growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete Etsy & eBay seller accounts Create & optimize product listings (SEO-based titles, tags, item specifics, descriptions) Improve organic ranking & product visibility Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis Develop brand scaling strategies (pricing, bundling, product positioning) Monitor account health, policies & performance metrics Manage orders, returns & customer communication Improve conversion rate & overall sales performance Analyze sales reports & implement growth strategies Required Skills: 1–3 years experience managing Etsy and/or eBay accounts Strong understanding of Etsy SEO & eBay search algorithm Experience with handmade product category preferred Knowledge of international shipping & marketplace policies Good Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong analytical & problem-solving ability Preferred: Experience scaling multi-platform ecommerce brand Knowledge of competitor research tools Ability to create long-term growth strategy What We Offer: Opportunity to scale a growing handmade brand Long-term growth opportunity Professional & growth-focused work environment Salary no bar for deserving candidate.
