We’re Hiring for MIS Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and automate HR data and reports. The role includes handling large HR datasets, preparing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting compliance and audit requirements in a pharma environment. Roles & Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll, training, and performance data. • Develop and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, and Power Query. • Automate regular HR reports to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. • Extract, clean, and consolidate data from HRMS and other internal systems using Power Query. • Verify and reconcile HR data to maintain accuracy across records. • Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams for statutory reports and audit documentation. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for management review. • Ensure confidentiality of employee data and follow pharma audit guidelines. • Support workforce planning through accurate reporting and analysis. Required Skills: • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboard Preparation) • Knowledge of VBA Macros for report automation • Hands-on experience in Power Query for data transformation • Working knowledge of HRMS systems
