JOB DESCRIPTION:
ROLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 years
QUALIFICATION: Masters or equivalent
LOCATION: CHANDIGARH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer Interaction Management
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring 100% adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and professional conduct standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved queries for further investigation
• Ensure closure of customer issues within defined SLA timelines
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Documentation & CRM Management
• Maintain real-time, accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring high Documentation Accuracy % to support data-driven insights
• Customer Experience:
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service processes
