Foreperson Painter

Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Foreperson Painter to join our Newcastle team. There will be regular travel throughout the Melbourne region The Role This is a full time permanent role. You will be on the tools and required to: · Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely. · Coordinate employees and equipment/materials · Supervise employees and apprentices · Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks, update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn What you need to succeed · Trade qualified painter with Commercial painting experience · EWP licenses are desirable · Experience in managing small painting teams · A strong focus on safety, including using online safety systems What to Expect from Us · $37 per hour, plus supervisor allowance, a daily travel allowance, plus super, paid weekly. · Uniforms and PPE supplied · Access to an online discounts and benefits platform · Career progression and on going training that comes with working for a national company Find out more at Only successful applicants will be contacted.
