A good Talent Acquisition Executive should be good at communication, interviewing, networking, organization, negotiation, and using recruitment tools. Use HR software, spreadsheets, email, and recruitment tools. Communication Skills • Ability to speak and write clearly with candidates and managers. • Conduct interviews and explain job roles properly. • Knowledge of how to source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. • Ability to judge whether a candidate fits the job. Knowledge of Hiring Platforms • Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc. • Ability to post jobs and search for candidates online.
