1. Job Summary
The Export Associate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing international sales of pharmaceutical products. The role includes identifying new export markets, maintaining relationships with international clients and distributors, handling export documentation, and achieving export sales targets.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new international markets for pharmaceutical products.
• Manage and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
• Achieve export sales targets and increase company revenue from international markets.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and negotiate pricing with international customers.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams for timely order processing and shipment.
• Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and pharmaceutical export requirements.
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in target countries.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.
3. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or International Business.
• Additional certification in export/import management will be an advantage.
4. Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical export sales or international business development.
• Experience in handling export documentation and overseas client coordination.
5. Key Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations.
• Ability to develop new markets and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation processes.
6. Reporting To
• Export Sales Manager / Director – International Business

• Export sales growth and revenue generation.
• New international market development.
• Client retention and satisfaction.
• Timely completion of export orders and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
